A California native, originally from Cupertino, I moved to the Sacramento area as a teenager in 1990. I currently live in Rocklin with my husband John who is also an agent. We raised our children in the Antelope and Rocklin areas. They are both grown and now we have the honor of being grandparents!
I have always loved real estate and working with people to solve problems. In 2008 as the market was falling, I decided to jump in head first! Over the years, I was deeply inspired by my broker, Bob McKiernan and his wife Linda. Bob was my family’s real estate agent for 13 years before I decided to join his team. Their ethics and “office culture” is consistent with everything that I believe in and value. I am often asked why I chose to get into real estate at such a challenging time; my response is simple, tough times create a unique learning environment. It was the best time to learn – it truly was a professional’s market and laid the foundation for a rewarding career. As the cliché says “nothing worth having is easy to get!” From my perspective, real estate is not about selling homes; it is about building relationships through guidance and care. It involves educating people about real estate and truly having a client’s best interest at heart while helping them to achieve their real estate goals. |
