When my parents house wasn't moving quickly enough, she consulted with a stager and on their recommendation, trimmed their redwood trees herself to correct the issue and also oversaw the repairs that needed to be completed by the pest control report. Where do I begin?!?.... We contacted Adriana a year ago prior to us making the move from the South Bay to Rocklin/Roseville area. We were already in contract with a new build home but wanted to get out (both personally & financially) it was not the best home for our family. Adriana was great during this process. She would check in on us, answer any questions we had and provide information about Rocklin/Roseville even before me made the move to the area. After we finally got out of the new build, made the move to the Rocklin and started to get settled in the area, Adriana started to take us out to see houses. Her knowledge of the area, patience and understanding for our family was a huge breathe of fresh air. Adriana's communication with us at all times went above and beyond what was expected. She promptly answered emails, texts and/or phone calls. Absolutely the best!! Buying a house was an experience that my husband and I have never dealt with before. We were new to the market and needed guidance on the process. We contacted Adriana, who was incredibly helpful. We had weekly house hunting appointments which assisted us narrowing it down on what type of house and what locations we wanted. She was so patience and positive with us even after I pulled out two accepted offers on two different houses, because I ended up not loving those homes. She made it clear that she wanted us to be happy with our purchase and not to rush with the buying process, especially that the market can be quite aggressive and homes are receiving multiple offers. We ran in to Adriana near the beginning of our house search during an Open House weekend. We had a pleasant conversation and what was immediately noticeable about her is she *wasn't* pushy or car salesman-like, where you immediately felt pressured to sign up for their spam list or felt judged. The first-impression conversation was refreshingly genuine (without the feeling like she's speaking to us because that's her job to speak to us) while being also actually helpful - She was the first and only person to reveal & explain Mello-Roos tax and other expenses we needed to be cognizant of as potential first-time house buyers. A few days later, when we realized we did need realtor, my wife knew exactly who to choose. I'm happy to report that we definitely chose right! Adriana was referred to us by a very good friend and we couldn't be happier with everything she did for us. She was wonderful to work with on the sale of a rental house we had. As soon as our tenants moved our, her and her husband John came right over and gave some advice on what upgrades would be best before putting the house on the market and this was so appreciated. They know what buyers are looking for and this gave us the direction we needed. When it came time to put the house on the market, Adriana had pictures taken, had the listing put together, flyers made, the lockbox on the house, sign put up and the house was on MLS in just a few days! It was amazing how everything was done so quickly and efficiently! And, the very first weekend, she held an open house and the house sold! Adriana is a great communicator and she was always very quick to respond, whether it was a phone call, text or email. She did a fantastic job with all the negotiations and paperwork and was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything. She was the calm during a very stressful life change for us. We decided after 54 years of living in the same house in Fremont, we wanted to live closer to our daughter in Auburn. We decided to sell our house in Fremont and live in our motorhome while searching for a new house. As soon as new houses came on the market that met our search criteria, Adriana was available. We hadn't narrowed down the area we wanted to live in so we were looking from El Dorado Hills to Rocklin and everywhere inbetween. It was so overwhelming but the more houses and neighborhoods Adriana showed us and educated us about, the easier she made it for us to narrow down our search. She was so patient knowing we were very anxious about this process and anxious that we wouldn't be able to find anything we liked. He truly cared about us as well and he helped us laugh along the way. When we walked into the house we ultimately bought, we knew it was the right house for us. Adriana is so knowledgeable about the real estate market and the cost to live in different cities, she is great at communicating and did an amazing job with all the negotiations and paperwork. We live in Bay Area and were looking for property in Sacramento area and we needed someone whom we can trust completely. When we had an exploratory call with her, we felt immediately she is the right person. And it turned out our intuition was right. Knowing we can't visit Sacramento area often, she cleared all her schedule on one Saturday and showed us about 10 houses. she had chosen the houses in different locations, old and new, to give as a broad picture of that area, and explained the pros and cons of each location and house. She seemed to have a very good understanding of the real estate market in that area. She was not pushy at all, and was ready to repeat this all over if we didn't like any of these houses. Luckily for us, we liked one of the houses she showed that day and it clicked. Since it was under construction it took couple more months to close. During this time, she reached out to us now and then to check if there is anything she can do, and volunteered to take pictures during construction, visit the design center and take pictures of sample cabinets, carpets, etc.. so that we can choose remotely and monitor the progress. She didn't have to do any of these. Even after we got the keys she was in touch with us to make sure everything was going OK. Overall it was a smooth and wonderful experience buying a house through her, and it was as easy as buying nearby. My husband and I were thinking of selling for over a year and finally decided it was time. Adriana was very detail oriented and communicated with us and never missed a beat. She is our fairy god mother in real estate! We looked at many different homes and areas but decided we really wanted to stay in Rocklin. We ended up buying and selling at the same time which was super stressful for us mostly because we didn't know what to expect. Adriana guided us through it perfectly and treated us like family.
